那須で人気のホテル、エピナール那須の最上階にあるフランス料理のレストラン、メリメランジュさんを訪れました。
エレベーターで最上階に着き、ドアが開くと、急に厳かな雰囲気が感じられます。 I visited Merimelange, the French restaurant on the top floor of Hotel Epinard Nasu, a very popular hotel in Nasu.
When the elevator reaches the top floor and the doors open, you suddenly feel a refined and solemn atmosphere.

店内は、明るくて居心地のよい空間です。
スタッフの方々のソツのない気配りも心地よいです。 The dining room is bright and very comfortable.
The staff are attentive and professional, which makes the experience even more pleasant.

ホテルの最上階なので、眺めも抜群で気持ちいい。
この眺めを楽しむために、ディナーでもまだ明るいうちに入店するのがお薦め。 Being on the top floor of the hotel, the view is wonderful and uplifting.
I recommend arriving for dinner while it’s still light outside so you can fully enjoy the scenery.

お味はまさに一流のフランス料理。
「店名の由来（フランス語の『メリメロ』と『メランジュ』＝ともに混合・融合などの意味）にちなんで、ソースと混ぜ合わせて食べていただくとより楽しんでいただけます」とアドバイスをいただきました。
「本当だ、美味しい」。 The taste truly lives up to first-class French cuisine.
The staff explained that the restaurant’s name comes from the French words “méli-mélo” and “mélange,” both meaning mixture or blend, and recommended mixing the sauces together for even more enjoyment.
They were right — it was delicious.

そして、メインのお肉料理が特に絶品でした。
サーロインとのことでしたが、「本当に？」と思えるほど脂も少なくて柔らかい～。
とても贅沢な気分になりました。 The main meat dish was especially outstanding.
It was sirloin, but it was so tender and not overly fatty that I almost doubted it was really sirloin.
I felt truly spoiled.

「那須だからこそ味わえる食材をふんだんに使用した」絶品のフランス料理です。
しかも、地上の喧騒とはかけ離れたホテルの最上階という“天上”でゆっくりとお料理を味わう贅沢さ。

「この幸せな時間がいつまでも続けばいいのに…」。
そんな気持ちにさせてくれる素敵なレストランです。 The French cuisine here is truly exquisite, made with ingredients that you can only fully enjoy in Nasu.
On top of that, you can savor it slowly in a “heavenly” setting on the top floor, far removed from the hustle and bustle below.
As evening falls, the magnificent view outside the windows is gradually wrapped in darkness.
It’s the kind of place that makes you think, “I wish this happy moment could last forever.”
