地産地消をコンセプトとした、新しい店舗が通称“SHOZO通り”にオープンしました。
それが、Chus（チャウス）さんです。
A new restaurant with the concept of local production for local consumption has opened on SHOZO Street.
This restaurant is Chus.

店内には新鮮なお野菜がたくさん置いてありました。どれも美味しそう。
Inside, I saw many fresh vegetables on display, and all of them looked delicious.

ショップスペースもお洒落でいい感じ。
The shop area is stylish and has a pleasant atmosphere.

店内の奥は広々としたカフェスペースになっていて、お食事を楽しむことができます。
In the back, there is a spacious café area where you can sit and enjoy your meal.

カオリは一番人気の唐揚げを注文。
「うわー、大きな唐揚げ」
食べきれるかなー？と思いましたが、美味しいのでペロリと食べてしまいました。
I ordered the most popular dish, fried chicken (karaage).
I was surprised by the big piece of karaage.
I was not sure if I could finish it, but it was so good that I ate it quickly.

お洒落な空間でお洒落な若者たちが立ち働いていて、活気を感じました。
那須湯本で開催される本物の「那須朝市」のように、“SHOZO通り”に新鮮野菜が買える店舗が軒を連ねることになったら、スゴイですね。
これからますます注目のエリアです。
2016年7月には待望の宿泊スペースもオープン。
雰囲気が良いので「泊まりに行ってみたいな～」って思いました。
The stylish space and the young staff create a lively atmosphere.
I think it would be great if, like the real Nasu Morning Market in Nasu-Yumoto, SHOZO Street had many shops selling fresh vegetables.
This area will likely become even more popular in the future.
In July 2016, a long-awaited lodging space also opened.
The atmosphere is so good that I thought, "I would like to stay here someday."
