美味しいうどんが地元でも評判の山ぼうしさんを訪れました。

店内は天窓から降り注ぐ光が満ちて、とても明るい雰囲気。
木製の家具に落ち着きを感じます。

うどんのツルツルっとした食感と、サラダのさっぱり感がとてもマッチしていて、ぱくぱく食べてしまいました。
これはヘルシーで、イイですね。特に、女性には嬉しいかも。

お好みに応じて、ラー油をかけていただきます。
ラー油を加えると、スープに辛味がプラスされて、また違った味わいになります。
但し、あまりかけすぎると、お口がヒリヒリしますので、ご注意を。

“サラダうどん”は美味しいという評判を聞いていましたが、本当に美味しかったです。
店内は女性3人が切り盛りをされていて、優しい雰囲気を感じました。
それにしても、ラー油をかけていただくうどんは、初めての体験でした。
