ここは、那須ビューホテルで２０年間シェフを務めたという店主のお店です。
立地はまさに穴場という雰囲気。
通りかかるのではなく、目指していかなければ絶対に到着できません。 This restaurant is run by a chef who worked at Nasu View Hotel for 20 years.
The location is quiet and not on a main road.
You do not pass by it by chance; you come here on purpose.

店内は清楚で居心地の良い空間。
所々に配置されている可愛い小物が優しい気持ちにさせてくれます。 Inside, the atmosphere is neat, simple, and very comfortable.
Cute decorations placed here and there give the room a warm, gentle feeling.

カオリはジャンボ海老フライを注文しました。美味しそうー。 I ordered the jumbo deep-fried shrimp. It looks very delicious!

まずは、レモンを絞って・・・。 First, I squeeze some lemon over it.

イタダキマース。 And then I say "itadakimasu" and start eating.

うん、美味しい。
このエビフライは生ハムとトマトソースを挟んでから揚げているそうです。
素晴らしい創意工夫と細かな心配りが感じられる逸品です。 It is very delicious.
The shrimp are layered with prosciutto and tomato sauce before frying.
You can feel the chef's creativity and careful attention in each bite.

お料理ももちろん美味しかったのですが、カオリが特に気に入ったのは心のこもった接客です。
打てば響くような気持ちの良い接客を受けると、それだけでもう「また来たい」と思ってしまうのです。
そして、もう一つポイントが高かったのはトイレ。
暖房が置いてあって、グリーンもあって、「暮らせそう」に快適なトイレ。
綺麗なトイレが好きなカオリとしてはかなりの好感度でした。 The food was very good, but what I especially liked was the warm service.
When the staff respond kindly and attentively, you naturally think,
"I want to come back here again."

I also liked the restroom.
It has a heater and some green plants, and it is very comfortable.
As someone who values clean and pleasant restrooms, I was very satisfied.
