こちらが那須でも人気の最高級の和牛を食べられるお店です。
This is a very popular restaurant in Nasu where you can eat some of the finest Wagyu beef.

事前に電話でメニューを予約したので、店内で選ぶのは飲み物のみでした。
カオリはもちろん、赤ワインを注文しました。
うーん、いい香り。
I reserved the course menu by phone in advance, so at the restaurant I only chose a drink.
I ordered a glass of red wine.
It had a very nice aroma.

男性にはサーロイン、女性にはヒレステーキを提供してくださいます。
どちらも塩、こしょう、ニンニクのみのシンプルな味付けですが、肉本来の旨みが非常によく引き出されています。
美味しいぃー。
They usually serve sirloin to men and filet steak to women.
Both use a simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and garlic, which brings out the natural flavor of the meat.
The taste is truly delicious.

そしてステーキの後は同じ鉄板を使用してのガーリックライスが定番です。
こちらのガーリックライスは薄く伸ばして鉄板に押し付けられており、裏面がすべておこげになっているのでかなり美味しいです。
この食感がクセになりそう。
After the steak, garlic rice cooked on the same hot plate is the standard dish.
The rice is spread thin and pressed onto the plate, so the underside becomes crispy and fragrant.
This crunchy texture can easily become a habit.

カオリ、大満足ですー。
食後のコーヒーも非常に美味しい。
お店の雰囲気、コックさんの対応、提供される食材など、すべてにプロの本物に対するコダワリが感じられて、とても好感が持てます。
I was very satisfied with the meal.
The coffee after the meal was also very good.
From the atmosphere and the chef’s polite service to the ingredients, I could feel a professional focus on quality in every detail.

そして耳寄り情報をひとつ。
こちらのレストランでは、お持ち帰りの出来るハンバーグの販売も行っています。
このハンバーグがまた最高に美味しいのです。
最高級の和牛を１００％使ったハンバーグですので、両面に焦げ目が付くくらいに焼いて中身はレアで頂きます。
そのお味はレストランで食べたお肉にも負けないくらい超美味。
ハンバーグだけの販売もされていますので、那須に来たらこちらでハンバーグを買うのが定番になってしまいそう･･･。
I also have some useful information.
This restaurant sells hamburg steaks that you can take home.
These hamburg steaks are extremely tasty.
They use 100% top-quality Wagyu, so you sear both sides until browned and keep the inside rare.
The taste is as good as the meat you eat in the restaurant.
Because you can buy only the hamburg steaks, I feel that buying them here may become a regular part of my trips to Nasu.
