食材は必ず東京から持ち込むことで知られている那須御用邸を訪れる皇室の方々が、こちらの那須牛だけは直接に買い求めたことがあるという逸話があるお肉屋さんです。
People say this butcher shop is the only place where the Imperial Family once bought local Nasu beef directly.

この日は特別に、熟成肉を作っているところを見せていただきました。
「なるほどー、こうやって作られているんですねー」。

売り場のガラスケースの中には、おいしそうなお肉がズラリ。
じゅるじゅる、おいしそう～。

ブロックで売られているので、少しづつ切り出しながら使用します。
