瑞穂蔵 Mizuhogura
店内にはたくさんの種類のお米が並び、米蔵の見学もできます。
温泉卵や炊きたてごはんをその場で味わえる、御食事もできるお店です。 Mizuhogura is a stylish rice shop near the Ikkenchaya intersection.
Inside, you can see many kinds of rice, and you can also look inside the rice storehouse.
You can eat onsen-boiled eggs and freshly cooked rice right there, and it also serves simple meals.

温泉卵は購入したら、スプーンを借りて、その場で味わうことが出来ます。 If you buy an onsen-boiled egg, you can borrow a spoon and eat it on the spot.

お米によって、そんなに違いがあるのですか？と聞いたところ、「あえていえば、作り方が違う」とのお答えでした。
何か奥深いものを感じました。
種類が違うと言わないところが、プロっぽい。
お食事も出来ます。

They sell many kinds of rice.
When I asked, “Is there a big difference between the kinds?”, they answered, “The way we produce them is different.”
I felt this answer was deep and very professional, because they did not just say the types are different.
You can also eat a meal here, and the freshly cooked rice looks very good.
